Lauren Baldwin
Lauren previously worked for International Justice Mission supporting the launch of their operations combatting illegal property seizure in Northern Uganda. She then managed media promotions and partnerships for the 30th annual AIDS Walk New York, producing an event attracting more than 30,000 participants and raising millions of dollars for local AIDS service providers. Most recently, she returned to Uganda and worked for Akola Project, a nonprofit social enterprise, in a variety of roles supporting a rapidly growing jewelry business that empowers 500 women in Uganda and Texas. Lauren completed her undergraduate studies at Pepperdine University, earning a BA in Art History with a minor in Nonprofit Management. She is currently studying for a Masters of Public Administration in International Development degree at the University of York.
